Tsatsiki, greek cucumber and yoghurt dip

The tsatsiki is a typical Greek recipe that can be a cream or a sauce, but also it can become   a drink simply disolving in water. INGREDIENTS:

3-4 yoghurt type "Greek"
1 cucumber
Half clove garlic
Salt
Olive oil

Peel the cucumber and cut into very fine strips. Take a bowl and pour in the yoghurt blended with a tablespoon of olive oil, a teaspoon of salt and medium clove garlic crushed. We must vigorously whisking it by hand until get a compact cream exempt of water as much as possible. It is desirable to make the mixture stand at least one hour in the refrigerator before consume, but is not essential. Probably you will not resist one hour !
